YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

No, we are an online only boutique.

NONE! Make the most out of your clothes by taking appropriate care of them.Our items can be washed on cold/delicate and laid flat or hung to dry.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). At this time we do not offer exchanges. Should you want a different size you must place a new order.  There is a flat $7.95 or $10.95 processing fee that is simply deducted from the store credit. Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only. If item(s) arrive damaged, we will ship out a replacement free of charge.
  • Return shipping labels will be provided when return is initiated. The processing fee of $7.95 for 1-2 items or $10.95 for 3 or more items, will be deducted from your store credit. If an even exchange is needed for a different size, there is no charge for returning item(s).
  • Items marked SALE in title or on product page are FINAL SALE and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • All returns must be done within 30 days of order fulfilled.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact tamara@atelieranica.com or 412-736-9950 for assistance.
  • Store credit expires 1 year after being issued.
  • Atelier Anica reserves the right to disable and block customers who may abuse our policies.
  1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  2. Place merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with the original invoice included.
  3. Return label will be provided for printing once initiated. Drop off at any USPS location nearest you.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team with 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!

** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Weather delays out of our control, and could affect shipping and transit times. We’ll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!!

What are your shipping options?

Currently we only ship within the US. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS, however should you need your order expedited we may choose to use another carrier.

Free US Shipping for orders of $150 or more 

Atelier Anica offers free shipping on all orders over $150! Should you need expedited shipping you will be charged the appropriate shipping fee.

Orders cannot ship to a PO or AP PSC Box.

*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
